How We Make Your Order

Much of UY Collection's Pakistani designer wear — formals, bridals and luxury pret — is made to order by our partner designers rather than mass-produced, which is why production takes a little time. Here's what happens after you place an order:

  1. Your order is confirmed and passed to the designer or brand for production.
  2. Estimated processing time for each product is shown on its product page, and typically follows these timelines:
    • Unstitched: 7 days
    • Luxury Pret: 4–5 weeks
    • Formals: 6–8 weeks
    • Bridals: 8–12 weeks
  3. For made-to-order and customized pieces, product pictures are shared with you for quality assurance before your order is dispatched, so you can confirm it matches what you ordered.
  4. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email/SMS to follow its progress.
