Reward points are the currency used to avail discounts at uycollection.comYou need to accumulate at least 10,000 points in order to use the reward points on our website.In case of cash on delivery orders, the rewards points will be awarded once the order is delivered to the customer and is paid for. In case of prepaid orders, the points are awarded once the order is confirmed.uycollection has the right to take back the rewards points or make any adjustment as necessary in case of an order cancellation.uycollection reserves the rights to update the policies and terminate the loyalty program at any given time without any prior notification to the customers.
The uycollection Rewards program is a customer loyalty program with cash back on your purchases. Registration is free and customers can earn rewards through purchases or through completing actions listed in the rewards tab on the bottom left.
- To qualify for our loyalty program you first need to register an account on our website. It is important to mention that only registered customers can earn reward points on our website.
- Reward points can be earned by making a purchase at uycollection. Every time you make a purchase you will earn points based on the price of the product that you purchase. These points will be automatically stored in your uycollection account. The rewards points will be awarded once the order is delivered to the customer. uycollection has the right to verify the delivery verification and issue reward points once the verification is made. uycollection also retains the right to take back the rewards points or make adjustments in case of an order cancellation.
Once you meet the minimum threshold to redeem your points, please head over to the rewards tab to choose a voucher to use for a discount on your next purchase. Please note that only one voucher can be used per purchase.
- You have to use your reward points within 1 year of accumulation. Points will expire in the order shape which they have been first earned.
- For example if X reward points are accumulated on the 1st of December 2019 and Y reward points are accumulated on the 1st of January 2024 then X reward points will expire on the 1st of December 2024 and Y reward points will expire on the 1st of January 2024.
The points pertaining to the purchase of the respective item will be deducted from the account balance.
No, we currently do not have any tiers of rewards. Rewards are based on purchases and standard actions available to all registered users.
