Track Your Order

We want you to know exactly where your order is, every step of the way. Here's how tracking works at UY Collection:

1. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email automatically

As soon as your order leaves our facility, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email. This email includes:

  • The name of the courier/carrier handling your delivery
  • Your unique tracking number
  • A live tracking link you can click to see real-time shipment status

Please check your inbox (and your spam/junk/promotions folder, just in case) for an email from us once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are only generated once your order is packed and handed to the courier, so there is a short wait between placing your order and receiving this email.

2. View your order status anytime from your account

If you checked out while signed in (or created an account after ordering), you can log in anytime to see the current status of every order you've placed with us — including whether it's being processed, shipped, or delivered.
