If you prefer to complete your purchase through a direct payment link rather than the standard website checkout, our team can create a secure direct checkout link on request. This option can be particularly useful for customers placing customized orders, completing a balance payment or receiving assistance from our customer care team.

Payment availability can vary depending on your country, currency, order value and payment provider.

For customized orders, a 60% advance payment is required before the customization or production process begins. The remaining 40% is payable once the order has been completed and is ready for final dispatch.

Our team will communicate the applicable payment requirement before the customized order is started so that the customer has a clear understanding of the total order value and payment schedule.
