REFUND POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

HOW TO FILE FOR A REFUND?

To apply for a Refund against an order, please email us your order number with the product name, the original proof of purchase receipt (proof of payment), and your complaint/reason/issue for requesting a refund at wecare@uycollection.com. Our customer care agent will contact you. Alternatively, you can call us at +92 308 6596756 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).

REFUND PROCEDURE - ALL INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

In case you want to claim a refund from UYC, kindly follow the below steps :

  • Contact our customer care via WhatsApp/ Email ID or reach out to us at  wecare@uycollection.com
  • Provide our customer care staff with your order number and the original order confirmation receipt sent to you via email, proof of payment. Our system automatically generates Order Confirmations and receipts and sends them to the email ID provided by the customer once the customer checks out and completes the order purchase process on our website.
  • Submit a request and a detailed reason/complaint/issue for requesting a Refund claim.
  • Once the refund request is received, our customer support team will carefully review it and respond within 48 hours.
  • If the refund is approved, you will receive a refund within 10-12 working days from the date of the approval of the refund.
  • In case of rejection, our customer support team will reach out to you with a detailed explanation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR A REFUND

Our refund policy applies to international users who have made purchases through UYC.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: :

  • The user must have a valid proof of purchase or order number.
  • The request for a refund must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product or service must meet the criteria outlined in our refund policy.
  • All refund items must be in their original condition without evidence of use.

REFUND CRITERIA:

UYC provides refunds in the following situations

    • Incorrect Size: If the size delivered is different than ordered or measurements are not according to the size chart displayed on the website
    • Item does not match description or Picture: If the product delivered is different in design, color, work technique, fabric, etc
    • Incorrect Order: Different product or variant gets delivered
    • Quality Issues: Quality defects in the product leading to wearability concerns.
    • Items/Accessories Missing: The product was delivered with pieces missing. Only applicable if the product is not wearable.
    • Product Damaged: Broken, eroded, faded, stained product delivered.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY:

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
